REFUND POLICY

We hope that you love your Kiddoz Wear items. We are sorry to say but we do not accept any refunds.

We will gladly exchange if you find damage to a product on arrival, with a product that is still available in our store. If you would prefer we can offer you a shop credit which can be used on any full-priced item.

Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn and all tags are still in tact. An Exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase.

All courier costs regarding the return will be charged for your own account. Sale, end of season or sample items will not be exchanged.

SHIPPING POLICY

At Kiddoz Wear we have a standard shipping fee of R90.00. There might be a surcharge for rural areas and this will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be dispatched once proof of payment has been received.

Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or incomplete delivery due to incorrect address or absence of recipient.
